    Questions? We've got you

    How does the breathing work?

A small, quiet motor inside makes the koala's tummy rise and fall slowly. Hold it close and let your breathing match its rhythm.

    What age is it for?

Ages 3 and up. It isn't suitable for children under 3. Switch it off and place it beside the bed once your little one is asleep.

    Does it need batteries?

Yes, it runs on AA batteries, which aren't included. Pop some in the stocking so it's ready to go on Christmas morning.

    Can I wash it?

Yes. Unzip the back, remove the electronic module, and hand wash the cover in cool water. Let it dry fully before putting the module back.

    Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order by 5 December for delivery before Christmas. Every order comes with tracking.

What if my child doesn't like it?

You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery.
